Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Sessions are booked online through our booking calendar. Payment is required to confirm your session (unless otherwise stated). Packages must be purchased in advance and are applied to booked sessions. Rescheduling You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time using your booking confirmation email. Reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations (24-Hour Notice) — Credit Only Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for booking credit only (no refunds). Credit can be used toward a future session and must be used within 3 months. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit. No-Shows If you miss your session without notice, it’s considered a no-show and the session is forfeited (no credit). Late Arrivals Sessions start and end on time. If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time; the session still ends at the scheduled time. Packages (Multi-Session) Package sessions follow the same rescheduling/cancellation rules above. Tech / Connection Issues (Online Sessions) If there’s a technical issue on my side, we’ll reschedule at no cost. If the issue is on your side, we’ll do our best to continue by phone or reschedule once. Free 20‑Minute Fit Call — Booking Policy This is a free 20‑minute call to see if we’re a fit for coaching and to answer questions. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up, you’re welcome to book again, but future free calls may be limited.
