Coaching Agreement & Expectations For Leadership Coaching

By proceeding with a leadership coaching engagement with The Powers Are In You, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Coaching Purpose; Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support your growth as a leader and/or entrepreneur. It may include reflection, questions, tools, and practices to help you gain clarity, make decisions, and take action.

• Not Therapy, Counseling, or Medical Advice; Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions or medical issues. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, crisis, or require medical support, you agree to seek help from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

• Personal Responsibility; You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and results during and after coaching. The coach will offer support, perspective, and tools, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You agree not to hold the coach or The Powers Are In You liable for decisions you make or actions you take.

• Confidentiality; The coach will treat what you share in sessions as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Coaching sessions may not be recorded or shared without mutual written consent.

• Preparation and Participation; You agree to show up on time, minimize distractions, and participate honestly in coaching sessions. You understand that your level of engagement will directly affect the value you receive from coaching.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling; You agree to follow the cancellation and rescheduling guidelines provided at the time of booking. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged according to the policy in place.

• No Guarantees; Coaching can be powerful, but results vary from person to person. No specific business, career, income, or personal outcomes are promised or guaranteed. By clicking “I Agree & Book My Session” and/or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Coaching Consent & Agreement.
